Assassin Clutched March 6, 2006 Share March 6, 2006 I only test drove the 2.0l WRX, turned down the offer to test drive the STi. Personally feel that the suspension setup can be improved.
Zakuii 1st Gear March 7, 2006 Share March 7, 2006 2.5L engine should slow down the sale of WRX cos' of the high tax rate. Maybe sales of ATR will pick up instead.
Genie47 1st Gear March 7, 2006 Share March 7, 2006 Try out the car lah!
Vit4wd 1st Gear March 7, 2006 Share March 7, 2006 30% also can. ONly those with 50% NCD can test drive WRX. If Motor Image boss, Glenn finds out about this, that SE will get a written warning.
Falc 3rd Gear March 7, 2006 Share March 7, 2006 (edited) The SE escalated for approval lor. Actually i saw the log book, many others below 50% also on the test drive list. Edited March 7, 2006 by Falc
Wrxblue 1st Gear March 8, 2006 Author Share March 8, 2006 its just about being a responsible driver...doesnt matter what is the NCB but probably good to cover the car instead... it could be a rule to keep "young punk" getting a hand on test driving the car for fun... Falc 3rd Gear March 8, 2006 Share March 8, 2006 Still MI has come a long way from the days of unwavering no test drive.

Coolerad Neutral Newbie March 10, 2006 Share March 10, 2006 what was the lowest NCB you saw ? did MI allow drivers with 0% NCB bcoz insurance in his/her parent's name but driving licence more than 5 years ? or simply the test driver got lotsa $$$ to show for
Falc 3rd Gear March 10, 2006 Share March 10, 2006 errmmm ... no 0% one for sure and i think age also plays a part. Sincerity to buy is the first step of coz. Hope u r a sincere potential buyer.
Coolerad Neutral Newbie March 10, 2006 Share March 10, 2006 that's good to hear coz it will be bad if they allowed $$$ to ruin saftey regulations set out by MI. 50% NCB and above 30 yrs is a good guideline.
Koren Clutched March 10, 2006 Share March 10, 2006 i test drove a rex but not an evo b4.. the low end is not veri pleasing.. but when the boost comes in @ 3krpm.. woot~! u can see the fuel needle going down fast.. haha.. quite comfy suspension.. not really as hard as i've expected.. the clutch works wonders.. no slip @ all..
