Cheapest Service

Just wanna do a survey for the cheapest service for just,

 

1) Oil Change

2) Oil Filter Change

3) Air Filter Change

 

Normal places are charging like $60. Anyplace cheaper?

I did mine at the Caltex near Upper Pierce.... $10... for oil change and oil filter change...

I did mine for $40 for oil and filter change with labour, think using normal engine oil,think should be ok czo i change them whenever i feel difficult in changing gears, bout a mth or 2 ,..

I just serviced my car with:

 

1. Oil change

2. Oil filter change

3. Air filter change

4. Spark plugs change

5. ATF Drain & fill

 

Labour charge was $25. All parts I bought myself.

 

I know it's not the cheapest but I like his workmanship.

I went to simon and his mech did the following:

 

1. Oil change

2. Oil filter change

3. Air filter cleaning (mine is K&N)

4. Spark plugs change

 

Labour was $12. Parts took from simon and oil from myself.

Yup. This is my regular mech at Yishun.

 

Been using him for years. I don't mind paying a little more cos he always double check everything & also his workmanship is .

 

Imagine the $25 I paid is for abt 1 year of use, so it's abt $2 a month.

 

Most important I have peace of mind.

 

When I was younger, I had all sorts of mechs. Some were just a plain nightmare.

 

After they work on your car, so many things will start going wrong.

 

Simon gives u a very good price also.

A Corona but my milage is quite low as I don't drive it that much.
