Changing my Yoko C-Drives

Any bros here can recommand whats a good equilvent or better tire of this 195/50/15 ?

 

I'm ok with better grip for louder sound, though i find the C-Drive noisier than my previous Falken 512s...

perhaps BF Goodrich? The wear and tear is good, reasonable grip, price not high.

Dunlop DZ101 is good stuff, man.

 

i'm using them now, and they are good on dry and wet. no regrets for me. I was using falken ST b4.

 

and Dunlop is definitely quieter than falkens.

 

i think it should cost abt $105 per pc.

the only good thing about C Drive is that it doesnt wear out as much as 512.

i heard that the eagle F1 GS-D3 for 15" is thai made? and can't handle well?

last i heard, leong seng selling $350 for a new set of 4 for 195/55/15 BF Goodrich G-Force sports.

 

I'll probably get that next.

yah heard the Falken wears out very easily...was using 326 b4 the switch to ST-115...

I suspect more urban legend than anything.

- Pattern-wise, no change.

- Compound? My thai-made F1s are sticky in both dry and wet. Can't comment if there is any diff. b/w thai-made vs. German made as I have not tested them together.

 

That said, I am satisfied with my Thai F1s. Certainly much more confidence and grip than C-drives, though a tad noiser than c-drives and a tad less comfortable....

 

Oso, judging by the reviews on F1s from US, OZ (tirerack, etc.), my Thai F1s performed as reviewed

Didn't know that C-Drive was much noiser than 512 I was previously on 512s too and the noise IMHO was deafening If you can tahan a bit of noise, the F1s and Dunlop DZ101 are pretty good choices

i got mine at S$85 i think. 195/55/15. But after this BFG, i will be changing to GSD-3..
