Get a new one, dun forget still have to pay transfer fee, take risk on the condition of the car (though quite new, but u never know). I think new ones can get below 80K now. Check out the new ones first.

For this kind of money and for the small (relatively) gap between this one and a new one, I would also say buy new. Then at least you can decide yourself how you want it.

if you can bargain minimum $5K lesser than asking price, then its worth to get this.

if not, better get new one.

nowadays dealers so desperate, squeeze their balls.....

Get a brand new accord bro. its now facelifted and its prices also around that range. you buy secondhand still must pay transfer fee, higher interest rates & maybe admin charges.

Buy 2nd hand car what's the interest rate like?

NTUC is offering the following rates. I think is the lowest for used car as per their website "www.income.coop".

Car below 10 yrs: 5.25% pa (effective)

Repayment Period (yrs)

Yr Flat Rate Mthly Inst Per $10,000

1 2.42% $853.49

2 2.55% $437.92

3 2.61% $299.52

4 2.65% $230.42

5 2.68% $189.03

6 2.71% $161.50

7 2.74% $141.90

Usually 2nd-hand used cars are a good buy, if you buy direct from the car owners, whom usually are realistic and have decided to absorbed the initial huge depreciation. These used car dealers will squeeze the car owners and then sell to potential buyer at a huge marked up. After the new facelifted Accord is available, the pre-facelift model should go even much cheaper than $70K. The dealers or owners whom bought at more than $80K is none of our problem, it is their own judgmental call when they decided to commit at that price, nobody point a pistol at them to commit in the first place.
