yup.. very true.. friend of mine got claimed against by a cab.. the cab driver said my friend's car rear ended him and his claim was 3K plus.. my friend's car not even at the scene and don't even have a scratch.. the insurance company say they will contest but so far no news..

his car in front, urs behind...no case...he'll most prolly win.... dun think cab driver will be so kind to settle privately...unless u give him fat settlement fee... which IMO is kuku...he'll go back discuss with frends relatives fellow cab driver...and most definitely will decide to claim from u...if thats the case, might as well claim ur own damages from ur insurer...

Agree. Sometimes, you will still have to pay even if you're in the right...cos the evidence is not in your favour.
