Vino Clutched October 27, 2006 Share October 27, 2006 Any speakers recommendation for under $200? Or what's the budget for a reasonably priced speakers set? ↡ Advertisement
Teddi Neutral Newbie October 27, 2006 Share October 27, 2006 What type of speakers? Coaxial, Component or 6X9? Also what's the power rating.
Vino Clutched October 27, 2006 Author Share October 27, 2006 Really no idea what are all those that u mentioned! Tot stock speakers are made of papers and will deteriorate so am thinking of changing to an ok one.
Kwongwing Neutral Newbie October 28, 2006 Share October 28, 2006 Presume that you do not intend to spend too much and most likely would not be adding any amplifier, i.e. just using your Headunit (HU) to drive the speakers. The most basic usual decent speaker set-up which I would recommend is a pair of 2-way component speakers. Some models which have been quite effectively set-up and produced decent sound are: 1. CDT-62 - approx. $250 - 300+ 2. Cube Acoustics Musica - check w/ Forummer "Slonez" Just helped a friend install a pair of the Musica 2 days ago and was quite surprised at how good the sound was!
