I believe $64999 is after rebate?

 

Garage R still have 2 left if I am not wrong, 1 sliver and 1 maroon. 1st on the road is a yellow one. Retail price is around $73k. BHP and another PI cant remember which one is also bringing in but BHP one is slightly more ex at $75K if I am not wrong.

 

Saw the car in the flesh as a friend just bought one from Garage R. Picture looks nicer though. The overfenders looks out of place and frankly it doesn't look 'fierce' enough unless u looking for a slient killer. Engine is tight and dun expect the red piping and hoses, only the cam cover is sprayed red. Tiny little snail though power to weight ratio it'll still be fast.

 

At this price, u must really love the car else why not just get a rex at couple thousands more?

The Rex is a few k more but the petrol, road tax & insurance all adds up to a substantial sum per year.

Saw on Colt forum some guys got around 180HP (wheels) with just exhaust, air intake & unichip. I'm sure those with more extreme mods can maybe squeeze out 200HP+ out of it.

But I love the boxer sound too..... [inlove]

Heard C&C not having manual transmission! Lets hope PI have it!!

 

Thats provided the PIs are willing to import it in the first place...and at a reasonable price [sweatdrop]

The price is from the newspaper review in the sillytimes lifeless section. $64999.

I prefer to be a silent killer than driving a Rex. No offence to Rex owners but just my preference. [:)]

By the way, my dream car is a Legacy GT [inlove] , also silent killer, not flashy but also cannot be easily builled. Now it had grown to 2.5L with SI drive [nod]

manual 0-100 takes only 7.1 sec. slightly off a golf gti. there is a video on youtube which shows this car on the touge with other cars like swift sport and golf gti. if i remember correctly it was rated all three the same.

 

sure anot?manual colt verion R 7.1 secs?

REX cost a bit more but insurance,road tax will cost a lot more...

I was quoted around $700 for my insurance if i were to buy the version R...

I think for WRX,at least 1-2K minimum...

ya 7.1! can on par with euroR, golf gti, eat sir! woo if all stock lah.

but after 100 i think colt die haa.

how come PI sell colt version r for so much more? do they give alot more stuff?

other than the fact its a manual which most of the time should cost less?
