About HDB Season Parking

Hi,

 

Does anybody here any ideal if the person is not staying in any of the HDB flat in that area but wants to purchase the HDB season parking ticket to park there, will HDB allow him to purchase the monthly season parking ticket to park his car?

The attachment showed the ones in the restricted zone. But if I want to buy those season parking at the HDB estate, except CBD, I still have to pay $140??? Or the normal rates apply : $65 for opened and $90 for covered?

Personally I feel that if one have an apartment/ unit in a block they should be entitled to a parking lot in that area. FREE!
