if I commit a crime at around 2am, there is no police in sight....does it mean no police ? will not get caught..... [rolleyes][rolleyes]

I seen many times of such posts...if u cheong red light, then be prepare to kana 12 pts and 200 fine....no point after cheonging and then post asking how....I understand that one may not intentionally commit it, but what is done cannot be undone..just wait for couple of weeks and see whether u receive any letter from the authority...

I have seen many drivers (not to mention bus driver who are one of the typical culprits) beat the red lights. Perhaps, it could be that very moment of reaction that instead of jamming on the brakes especially vehicles with Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) takes over, most would rather dash through. They are proned to cause accidents.

I understand that applying the ABS could be quite scary for those who are not used to it, especially when the brake is stepped without releasing, the vehicle stopped, release and stop again. This is basically the purpose of ABS to prevent the car from skidding.

What I know off is that even if there is no flash on the speed camera, be it 2.00pm or 2.00am, do not assume that the camera is not working. Some of the speed cameras with flash have been replaced with another system.

My advice is better save the money to pay for fines and use it for better purposes like changing the stock tyres to better grip ones. The latter is more effective when applying the ABS.

No flash means no camera... The flash is actually quite bright, which you can even see clearly during the day....

The best thing to do is to brake if you are on the second arrow. Step on it when on last arrow [thumbsup]

But no worries no flash no capture. the traffic light there got 2 white tall boxes?

I remember someone told me that if the camera has bluish lens, it means it's active.

I also remember seeing others kenna and the flash is darn bright like lightning like that, split seconds apart. So I suppose if you didn't any flashes it probably mean you didn't kenna.
