Mikeyeo Clutched March 4, 2007 Share March 4, 2007 (edited) Hi Ngaiky83, are your HB3 white headlight bulbs came with the car or approved by LTA. I also wanted to change my Lancer headlight bulbs but when I spoke to Philips last week, they told me that such bulbs are not approved by LTA unless they came originally with the car.
