Russ 1st Gear March 17, 2007 Share March 17, 2007 Well if any of you have been tracking prices of crude oil and oil products, well, the bad news is that prices are up again no thanks to opec etc. Last month, prices of crude was at a one-year low and this meant a lot of discounting. Because people cow peh cow boo when prices go up, I think the strategy was to give limited time discounts rather than reduce prices and then have to increase later.
