Azejd Neutral Newbie April 23, 2007 Share April 23, 2007 Damn those lorry / goods vehicles. They think they're driving F1 cars on S'pore roads knowing very well that their vehicles are not aerodynamically enough to speed or negotiate a bend. Lots of them speeding on our roads now even travelling on Lane 1 on the expressway way above the speed limits. I wonder what the traffic police is doing about it. Toyo 1st Gear April 23, 2007 Share April 23, 2007 Agreed. i had seen a numbers of trucks speeding. they are more likely to cause more severe damaged in an accident

Venco25 Neutral Newbie April 23, 2007 Share April 23, 2007 Apparently not although many, many years ago there was news about fitting such speed delimiters on heavy vehicles after a heavy vehicle ran over a car @ the left-most side of an expressway due to a type puncture. I still see such heavy vehicles tailgating me/ overtaking others @ speeds higher than the max legal speed in SG.
Cave Neutral Newbie April 23, 2007 Share April 23, 2007 the more rounds the trucks make, the more money they get. Thats why they drive like no tommorrow. But if kena speeding don know who pay. Truck driver or company??

Cave Neutral Newbie April 23, 2007 Share April 23, 2007 Then the ROV or TP should catch these potential big time accident makers instead of catching cars for illegal mods. Silly....

Hahim Neutral Newbie April 23, 2007 Share April 23, 2007 remember the year 2005 where the dogsforum create an online petition to the traffic police because of so many of them on the road?then now people want to complain where's the tp when they need one?its u the one who are silly, not them.u may not notice they stopped a lorry,as i saw that many times before.i strongly agree those illegal mods and speeding both cause danger.they know what to do,u dont need to tell what to.wahkao nowadays people are telling police what to do like this we no need police in singapore, just ask the government to build more jail and if got cases or whatsoever u go catch them urself and put them in the jail provided. Penthousepauper Clutched April 23, 2007 Share April 23, 2007 (edited) Where? Outside Tanah Merah Country Club? I saw a few accidents over there in the past few years. Many motorists did a U turn, but a few were unfortunate and collided with another vehicle on the other side of the road.
