Calling all owners of Moons frameless wiper blade who got it from the previous GB.

Also, is the installation of frameless wipers same as the conventional ones? Eg. unhook, slide out old wiper, slide in new wiper, hook back.

lousy. don't buy. mine snapped while driving in heavy rain. now using goodday wipers from autobacs. cheaper and better.

yup. i had to slowly shift to the shoulder of BKE cos can't see anything after it snapped. rain was very heavy. thankfully blade didn't hit any other motorist. my windscreen got small scratch cos of the metal exposed after it snapped. had to wait for rain to subside before i could go to work. in the end late lor.

I also use the Gooday ones from Autobacs. Cheap and good to use.

my first time experiencing it too. was scary. goodday is good. till now no problems. smooth and nice.

Lucky that I only bought one side of the Moons frameless wiper to try out, when wipe, it create squeaking sound and I throw away after that, I have even tried the Goodday from Autobac, same problem with the sound and juddering.

 

Finally I bought the expensive one from Bosch and using for 6 months till now, no problem and no signs of lines in between, worth the money overall.

Yah, they're the flexible bendy kinds, similar to those BMW, Merc type of wipers.

What are the size of your wipers, and approx how much Gooday wipers cost?

autobacs having promo. $15 regardless of sizes, usual $26-$29 per pc

the promo still on? mine bought $13 many months back and think to stock up liao...

think mine are 22" and 10". can't remember exactly. bought at $13 some time back already. just go there and ask them to measure for you. cost $15 now i think. lots of stock when i last saw about a month back.
