yup.. but i see no shame to tell pple if this is really made in china. so many things made in china now. every bulberry also close their UK plant and move there. it dun mean made in china is inferior all the time.

 

and honesty is very impt to do long term biz. to screw their first customers is really shooting their own foot.

Hi, I Ray here, I only help him to advertise as he is not really IT efficient and slow in replying. I did not earn a single cents out of it. I don't know why you get the idea that we are partners.

 

I believed that this product is good for the car community here. That is why i introduce him to you and for you to contact him the details. Now then i know this kind of issue had become unsightly.

 

In additional, i also bought the product from him too. So far so good except the hot/warm (depend on the individual heat) of the cigarette plug. I plug it to the external 3 point extension rather than directly to the cigarette plug in the car.

 

Why my email was put? It was because, he seldoms checks email, so whenever any email send to me, i will email that person to call my friend thomas direct.

 

For those who had email to me in the yahoo advert before. If you can, you are welcome to testify for me on the paragraph above.

1] I would like to assure those who have purchased the device recently

The warranty period is [3months upon date of purchase]

Somehow, some people have higher expectation than others.

They expect a product costing $90.to out perform one that costs 900.00

To be super silent and operate without a sound.

I know that it is made in china but US technology ( i still searching for the patents, yet to establish).

But that day the demo, he did mentioned about the US technology but the words made in china were a bit soft. So i think many bros here did not hear it. AS there is many negative comments here, i don't think can calm everyone here.

 

I also tell him that "from US", a lot of people will mistaken that it is made in US as well, so that is why, the other forums that he posted, caused a lot of confusion to it.

 

But try not to dismantle it and try to call him for the replacement if possible. If need be, i will claim the warranty ( if the product really spoilt) on your behalf, if you want.

 

Just to add, i had washed my car with this product about 4 time without on the engine and i on the product about 3 - 4 hrs ( as i wash my car very slowly), so far ok . But after all depend on the car battery condition.

Then he should fix the ambiguity by stop emphasizing that it's a US product.

 

Why isn't the phrase "made in China" typed out in those advertising threads? Afraid that these words will belittle the product?
