however in a closure, thomas sud come in to explain himself apologize to maddriver and standby his warranty.

 

to me, $90 is really a small mistake to make. u sud b able to make $90 if u work, or work hard for it.

 

but this problem is not gg to go away until the above are settled.

 

i think maddriver is not prepared to take legal action against thomas as yet. simple law of contract includes misrepresentation and failure to oblige by the warranty. off the mark, is the product a PSB registered for safety? did i mention slander? oh well... thomas. dun dig the hole any deeper.

A] After the demo[ Mad driver ] personally acknowledged and endorsed it as a good device bought the pump himself. Then promised those who saw the demo that he will orgainise a group purchase.[to bring down the pump price] But later realized that the pump would in the long run affect the sales of his detailing product. [ just my guess here ]
