Does speedometer tells everything about the CAR?

Meecar, JDM is limited to 180km/hr. So even Type R's, Evos that are JDM and not export models have speedos up to only 180km/hr.

 

But of course, such speed limitors are easily removed.

 

Merc and BMWs are often electronically limiting their cars to 250 km/hr.

 

Speedo range means little.

the only way a speedometer tells anything abt a car is when the speedo 0km/h is at 6 o'clock position and the tachometer is bigger than the speedo.
