Cran 1st Gear December 16, 2009 Share December 16, 2009 Hi All, Saw in the papers that the B180 is now $93k. It's 20k lesser than the listed price. Anyone knows how the promotion works? Any catch for the offer?

Any catch for the offer? Probably includes overtrade plus cash back from their loans... As always, T&Cs apply...
Ferraricalifornia 1st Gear December 17, 2009 Share December 17, 2009 you must first have a car to trade in... you must also take a loan of min 70% from 7yrs onwards... interest rate of 2.8% applies(I think- which is 0.6%) higher than the industry 2.2%... you get a 8% cash rebate from the interest and it can be thrown into the car loan... quite complicated in 2 words... Today saw ST that there is 7% extra on top of the trade in value of our previous ride. with this, does the price still remain as 93k? MyMerc Neutral Newbie September 10, 2012 Share September 10, 2012 The new B Class offers a better centre of gravity not that the older one is bad, they are both equally good. Electronic wise...Well I guess the new one has more that of C-Class stuffs, like Step Hold Brake and Park Assist and Attention assist and all that jazz, got it?. The older B-Class has a superb size and height and the new one has a lower but longer wheel base making tight corners a piece of cake. One thing to observe, this not a car for power rather comfort with style and luxury. That's Mercs!. The price should be around $170k for entry model versus C-Class $210k for entry model. The size of both models (old and new B Class) aren't that much difference but the power for the new model is some what like the older B200, responsive but not like BMW 1 series kinda power lah. Comfort ride and I would change mine for this new one if LTA reduce the COE in the future or I guess I will be taking a bigger Mercedes, the SBS Transit Mercedes Benz! Angchug 3rd Gear September 10, 2012 Share September 10, 2012 Hi All, Any comments of the above ... interested in this model as it's bigger than the A-class, yet still cheaper then the mainstream Merc models (C, E, S) ... the 1.7L version also helps abit in rd tax as compared to B200 :) Thanks in advance ... The new b class should be B200, 1.6, 156hp. B170 is W245 from 2005 to 2009. If you are interested try sgmerc. There is a guy trying to sell his new B200 (2011 model) without Coe. He won in the lucky draw few week ago. I think is going at around 50k. ↡ Advertisement
