No lah. They go by cc. The bigger cc cars pay heavier penalties, up to $50, if paid within 14 days after expiry date. The smaller ones (

I was late last year and yeah had to pay the fine. Well i appealed and got it waived.

Gave a reason that i was on reservist and showed them my call up letter.
