Bro, chun bo. KNN then what's the purpose of having it available online? Good thing about e-submission is allow the flexibility to transact anytime anyone mah I thought. If the blood suckers fine me for lateness, I surely will make noise. Perhaps ask them to close their online portal instead.

Cos even if u submit online... you still haven got ur road tax disc.

if u complain them after they fined you for lateness.. they still can turn around and fined u for not displaying valid roadtax.. if your existing one had expired.

Juz got my disc today with the amount i paid online. No penalty leh. . So online transaction works afterall.
