even with ABS and EBD, the car cannot prevent the driver from this accident.

haha..no devices gonna save the day if the one behind the wheels over-estimate his car's ability. [shakehead]

I'm 'glad' that this P plate driver did not hurt anyone.Inexperience and over confident is the word to describe. [:(]

Hope he don't drive so recklessly in the future.

glad no one is injured. i actually stopped and check on if he is alright. since he is ok i ask him to quickly call for towing crew just in case TP comes along and decides to issue him a ticket for reckless driving or something. [nod]

too bad don't know the car plate, if not must avoid it from 2nd market at all cost [sweatdrop][sweatdrop][sweatdrop]

Lots of cars affected during the last flood were also sold off in the 2nd hand car mkt.

Buying 2nd hand cars is also a matter of luck, timing & cash avail on hand.

Eg. This 6 mth old Fiat Grande Punto was secured for only $39.3K at the GE Money auction which ended on 16 Aug.

This same car is now selling for S$53K by the dealer who secured it.

But because it has to be paid for in cash, not many private buyers may be able to afford it.
