Drive in for adhoc checking without prior appointment at Agent

Hi,

 

Wondering if Agent(KM) will entertain drive-in for adhoc checking if didn't have prior appointment. Thinking of going straight tomorrow morning to check some rattling problem.

What do u think?

Better to call them first... Try to sound like it's a serious problem and they'll squeeze a slot for you...

i believe it should be ok. i went to tan chong on 2 or 3 occassions without making an appointment and they did entertained me. I don't think they would turn away their customers.

Depends on the location. some such as Ubi, alexandra are busier and may take a bit long. try the one at Mandai, i always go there

call ur SE. arrange to see him there. dun tell him the problem then ask him sort out for u. preferably on same day so u dun hv to go back and worry and waste more time....

some agent will put you at the last priority/slot of you dun book them.

but imagine you really hv a genuine problem that happen, then also not fair to you mah.

They will check for you but it'll take longer.

 

I waited about 30min before someone attended to be at KM Lengkee.

I encounter this situation before. See my engine symbol light up which indicate engine malfunction, so i straight away drive in the next day to authroised agent at ubi to get them to check and they do so w/o any qns. took abt half a day.

 

I guess i am lucky as i dun see many cars that day.
