When i order they say have, take money already say no stock, need to wait. Den after arrive, never deliver a side table. I call them, they say side table also no stock, ask do i want to take their showroom one No choice accept the showroom table. This shop from IMM, beware. Solar Turbocharged November 7, 2007 Share November 7, 2007 i also kanna similar experience from a lighting/fan/water heater shop from balestier. appointment time morning, waited till afternoon at my new house, called and they say got some difficulties, but reaching soon. in the end, the stuff only reached about 8pm, only after calling again and screwing the 'manager' big time for wasting my time. as my new place wasn;t renovated then.. had to sit on the bare ground waiting like a goon for the whole darn day they either didn't plan their routes properly, or got logistical issues.. Nick3288 Neutral Newbie November 7, 2007 Share November 7, 2007 i've the similar situation.. ordered a dining table with 4 chairs.. on 1st delivery table ok but 4 chairs wrong (i ordered wooden chair but delivered metal frame type) so brought back.. one week later 2nd delivery.. 4 wooden chairs but wrong design.. brought back.. another week.. delivered the same wrong designed chairs coz different delivery team so brought back again.. another week.. delivered 4 wooden chair..wrong again with another design!.. called to office said no stock for the design i ordered. ask me to go down to the show room to choose another design.. ! Delivery in the morning become noon become late afternoon.... finally when it came, one corner of the rattan sofa got broken rattan... told the delivery guy I dont want to accept... he says cannot bring back unless he come again, ask me to arrange with his co... call the co, they say no stock, say they sent for repair..... the next day take back and next time they returned, one of the legs damage CCB..... Ask them to take back and full refund Tat was the last time I patronize this Fuuking shop shop looks nice..... after sales sucks..... Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
