21km in 90mins? WOW..that is REALLY fast..

Meaning to say if he is running 2.4km timings is only 10.28minutes.

Not many guys can even run the 2.4km in such timings...let alone he is doing the full 21km!

I feel sad that sucha young and healthy person leaves the world in such a unfortunate case.

Condolences to his family and friends.

[sweatdrop] Dan a lot of African marathon runners should be dead by now. [rolleyes]

I think he lack the conditioning of his body to run such long distances within a short period of time. To run such long distance suddenly at one go his body cannot take it.

Echoed your sentiments. If not, most marathon runners would have died. Probably he have not conditioned his body to run marathon distances although this is not a full marathon.

This sort of training takes at least half a year to prepare leh... sweatdrop.gif
