Hi guys,do you know if i buy a car from PI and they have to indent the car.

when will i be able to know my car OMV and the chassis and engine number?

is it after the car has reached singapore or before it reach?

You'll know the OMV once they submit the invoice and etc to Customs for valuation (they will usually wait till the exchange rate is lowest before they submit).

 

Chassis and engine number will be ready the minute the car goes into production or perhaps roll out of production line. Again this is dependent on the dealer's privy to info

Yes. After car reach SG and apply custom papers. and Yes, exchange rate affects OMV. I learn it the hard way.
