Coffee & Constipation

Personal observations coffee-drinker do not have constipation probs. I mean really drinking the coffee & not go for coffee colonic irrigation treatment.

 

Do you experience bowel movement after every cup of coffee??

 

Just want to confirm & know how come drinking tea does not hv this effect (cos it is dureutic)??

eh...but everytime i down any drink that has got coffee inside..i will hv poo poo leh.

 

i checked w my frens...same thing happening to them.

there are exceptions....my bowels do react to coffee, but my zzz monsters doesn't....

 

my wifey is just the opposite.....her bowels don't react to coffee, but her zzz monsters does....

great to hear that cos it is the same with me. i can down the strongest brew yet can fall asleep during gathering but that's after bowel movements.

Went to Nokia Wheelock to upgrade software for my N95, kaoz... the middle aged man next to me, next counter, also servicing his phone. think kena lao sai. sxxt-ed in his pants.

Whole wheelock stank to high heavens. The malay cust serv girls all freaked out.. den one of them got the courage to take that soiled chair he was sitting on, and put it at one side, while he just ran away.

coffee is an engimatic drink for me..

 

when i want it to keep me awake it doesn't....

 

when i just want to drink it for pleasure, it gives me the stomach upset....

 

tea is more helpful to me.....

i don't get any bowel movement feel or what ever so ley... i do get my daily coffee at least once a day... as for constipation, only happens during my NS time when i got no coffee to drink..

 

for tea, i only drink those chinese tea like pu-er.. green tea(not canned ones) also nothing much ley...

I drink three cups of coffee and clear my bowel once everyday, regularly.

No constipation.

NS no coffee = constipation

Got coffee = normal bowel movement

 

For people with normal bowel movement, coffee becomes a mild laxative lah. Seems to explain it right?

 

By the way, it was reported in the papers some time back when some people taking slimming coffee ended up with caffeine poisoning and had the runs.

Got slimming coffee. It was the rage about 2 years back, together with this coffee enema (spelling?) thingy where they pump coffee into the intestines through the anus.
