URGENT!!! PLEASE HELP

I found 2 kittens a few weeks back and one died (both new born). The other was returned to the mother and she abandoned the kitten again this morning.

 

One eye is fully opened and the other is closed.

 

Please PM me if you can help foster the cat or let me have an emergency number to Singapore Cat Society so I can call them.

 

I can't keep the kitten with me because of my dogs. The boy will kill her!
