Coe drop, more buyer this weekend ?

COE drop and all AD and PI said 2nd bid Dec will be going up....(as usual :) )

 

but a visit in AML.....not a ghost.

 

any one visited Kah and Borneo ? how is the crowd ?

Coe usually rebound after a huge drop. Car. Buyers r very smart to know when is a good deal. So its expected for Coe to up in the next bid. A weak market is may be, but smart buyer will come in when price is low.

when COE go up and up and there is a sudden drop, people will rush for it.. it been up and down for this few bid, that why it will not turn the crowd on.. further more, the recent raise in ERP and petrol cost is making potential buyers to hold back..

Booked my car too late loan approved after coe result came out .. now hopefull the rise not too much if not i got to wait bidding after this coming one ...

I think so.When the COE is low buyer will rush in..it may go up.

Kah Motors was packed with people when I went there today. So too was Borneo.

 

I think next round will sure rebound to 15k level.

 

According to my friends working in the ADs, most are very confident that the crowd has started to stream back in due to year end bonus and CNY prep etc. Most gave me estimates of 14-16k region for next round. They have nothing to BS me about as I'm not buying but they're just friends to me.

Actually COE is like share market. Got pp buy in will go UP if no pp buy then go DOWN.

Exactly. Except for this one, once you buy, its how much you lose and not whether you can make. So it's about losing as little as possible.. :p

Me visited some PI in the west today, I think partly due to heavy rain, not many people is there except some people is looking at new FIT. Not too sure about ADs.
