200 not very much lah get those nikko ones.

Tamiya also not cheap e.g those expert built ones but still need to get batteries 200 also not enough.

I'm talking about those 1/10 scale ones.

I used to play alot last time, car kit itself already close to 700 plus controller, batteries, charger etc etc startup can go to 2000. Not to say every month minimum need to spend 50 on new tires but the speed is very addictive and they have to be played on the track. There is one at Queenstown club you should drop by to take a look, go during weekends.

hi, for control cars, there are 2 type of game, one is drifting and one is touring, both are onroads, be prepared as it is very expensive, for your budget wise, i would recomand you to play rc drifting, which is cheaper as it depends more on skill rather then the car, car runs slower so lesser wear and tear parts to be replaced and parts doesn't break that easily if you hit a something, lesser cost in the long run

there are both type of control car, those that run on fuel and those that runs that run on battery, for the ones that run on fuel, for the 1/8 scale, my friend had achieved a speed of 120km/h on the east coast track

you can consider Kyosho Mini Z if you want a quality one and hrs of fun.... it cost more than $200.... think should not be more than $300.00

The track I have mention only run electric cars, no gas cos too near housing estate.

With the brushless motor tech nowadays they are really fast but it all comes with how much you can pay, speed cost money in this hobby.

Kysho mini z is fun but I find they are more difficult to control, need more nimble fingers and now there is no place to play, use to have a track at taka mall.

For gas you can visit the track at east coast, they entertain both 1/8 and 1/10 cars but they dun run together becos the 1/8 will definitely eat the 1/10.

Normally people who play electric does not play in places where gas are played becos of the oil stains they leave behind.
