There are quite a few workshops out there with knowledgable boss/main serviceman. I think contacting the right person will help in the first place or should there is any problem involved.

Personally, i have my car serviced in MBM and for any specific issue, i will talk to Kelvin directly to address the problem before they work on it.

i heard feedbacks from frnd about MBM which is quite negative, duno the details but his feedback wasn;t good.

my dad send his e240 to those nomal workshop, who specallise in any reapir, accident, servicing, spray painting oso at sin ming. they have experience in dealing in all kinds of car, and has done lots of mercedes n bmw. i even saw a M6 going for servicing there.
