His performances for Portugal in euro 2004 was rather medicore..remember it was Maniche who was one of their best players tat time..CR hardly made an impact then except probably play a major role in getting Rooney sent off.. if he wants to be mentioned as a legend, then he must start playing well for Portugal in the coming 2008..

Portgual came quite close in euro 2004..and they were very hard to beat in world cup 06..France did not beat them comfortably in the semis also..that game could have gone the other way..I feel they are a very tight and cohesive unit..and after coming close twice in last two tournaments, I feel they will be very hungry for success this time round and Scolari is a very good manager..I personally feel they have a chance...
