Waynescence Neutral Newbie June 6, 2008 Share June 6, 2008 (edited) not looking at continental cars? quite a bunch are FC-friendly. prices 55k-70k max talking about 14km/l, Fiat grande punto easily reaches tat FC and up to 16km/l. more info on sgfiat.com if interested. boot space 250L, fits 5 comfortably. because im driving 1, full tank 500km on average. 77bhp on paper, 90bhp on foot. do consider =) Edited June 6, 2008 by Waynescence

Friendstar Supercharged June 7, 2008 Share June 7, 2008 latio? 70k? cannot be lah. anyway, for good FC latio not really a good choice. for built quality, good economy, drivability, space.... everything points to Jazz/Fit. But if you are after good handling, safety ,... then mazda2. Colt is a very old model. Yaris, made in thailand... from my test drive... everything feels very lose. Swift, nice to drive, but steering is eerily light. also whole car feels light and hollow. good looking tho. for me, i'd narrow down to only Jazz and M2. if money is not a problem ... buy jazz. will be a common sight on the road tho... but will be very easy to sell coz its very highly sort after. so, resale value will be high. new jazz hor... dont buy old jazz
Friendstar Supercharged June 7, 2008 Share June 7, 2008 Sry i posted in your old thread, didn't realise u switched. I drive a yaris and i won't recommend it. Its not really well built and the FC is not fantastic. About 11-12 km/l. Kind of expected it to be around 15 km/l since pple have been getting great FC for their vios and they use the same engine. btw, i voted yaris by accident. Sry. My vote is fit/jazz. i'm surprised by ur revelation u own a yaris but ur review is honest!

Merkava Neutral Newbie June 7, 2008 Share June 7, 2008 (edited) tot of but heard my the fc quite jialat Continental cars body are much more solid than normal japanese cars. Thats why it will affect slightly on FC. Safety often comes with a price. Quote "European car makers build what they think, Japanese car makers build what consumer think..." Got safety poor FC...Good FC no safety... Just my personal thoughts... Edited June 7, 2008 by Merkava

My Yaris is kinda an impulse buy. (Car paid by my parents) I actually did not even consider Yaris but they were throwing in so many accessories so i felt it was a good buy. Anyway selling it off soon... Thnking of getting the jazz or latio of maybe something else...
