Is there a conspiracy against the Home Ministry? Of late we have the MSK escape, then we have the $2m cheat with a replaced new passport and now we have the escaped suspects from the courthouse.

 

Procedures are in place to prevent these occurrence but due to human error at the direct contact, it happened. In between these direct contact and the honcho, there are many levels of mid-management who could influence the end result.

 

The selection and deployment of these direct contact is important, who we select to do the job.

 

Maybe this conspiracy, if any, against the Home is just a stepping stone. Afterall the helm-man at the Home is the smallest in size of the cabinet.
