Jchuacl Clutched July 26, 2008 Share July 26, 2008 U'll need to know the cause of the problem before attempting to fix it. Lala81 Hypersonic July 27, 2008 Share July 27, 2008 (edited) i snore too and i've given up. 1. Sleep sideways, your airway usually remains more patent so u definitely snore less 2. Lose weight, that definitely helps (if u are skinny/average sized then this doesnt apply) 3. Go get assessment by ENT specialist knowing that only some pple can be helped by surgery.i dun really want to have adenoidectomy/uvulectomy etc painful procedures. A sleep study can be conducted for some pple. 4. If needed, you can get the CPAP machine to give u continuous air pressure, but it looks and probably doesnt feel too comfortable. 5. Never sleep supine (ie face up) when u have a room mate, he will juct want to kill u! Pillows/airstrips as described are as useful as fuel magnets for improved FC. Genie47 1st Gear July 27, 2008 Share July 27, 2008 Perhaps some earplugs for your roommate would work...It worked for me! Ask room mate to bring frying pan like in the mattress ad. Snore, take frying pan and slam on your head.

Watwheels Supersonic July 28, 2008 Share July 28, 2008 Snoring problem can be due to many factors. It may be due to your weight. Ppl with weight problem, no matter how they sleep on their sides or use wonder pillow also no use, must see doctor.
