The district judge should be suspended and sent to camp for failing to see the gravity of the offences - disregard the ban on driving, driving above speed limit and killing a human being, running away from crime scence or removing vehicle from accident scene where there was injury and possibily drink-driving or high on drug.

I think in Singapore it's always hang till death. If I am not wrong, they do the drop method, where the neck snaps and you die pretty much instantly... unless you have neck of steel which would mean - suffer till death
