if you look at the 1st and the 2nd pic, the background looks pretty much like the area around the showroom! Infact the tall building (other than the hdb blocks) looks like komoco motor's building.

Could be the VW salesperson car that is parked there during office hours. Was told quite a few of them owned VW cars.

Not only that, the car on the ramp in the background (with the roof rails) looks like a Touareg, so it's very likely the VW showroom
