What documents to receive after loan full settlement

just fully settled my car loan with Hong Leong Finance

 

should i be receivnig any documents from HLF or Tan Chong Motors?

 

I was only given a payment receipt at HLF, and that's all.

 

Would i be expecting a separate document e.g., car log card?

I don't have log card, my so-call log card comes in a form of a A4 size paper.

What I am more concerned is there should not be further deductions. I left the log card in my office - LTA. I was told that these days no need for log card since computerized.

banks/finance will issue a letter stating that u had discharged from th eloan...

that wil be good enough..
