Now, Shell has done something good twice this week: i) Reducing price by 6cents compared to the other companies' 5cents ii) Reducing price by 5 cents first yesterday. Shell made a 1-time sms braodcast for the last round of Vpower special price offer only. There wasn't any sms broadcast for general price reduction.
