Exhuast pipe hit hard

While reversing, I stepped too much gas and heard a lot bump. Went down and checked and it seems that the chamber where the exhuast pipe protrude from is dented. So far the drive is ok, didn't notice any difference while driving.

Is there any urgency for me to get the exhuast checked out? Any workshop to recommend that repair the exhuast?

Thanks.

No worry not any urgent

Car will continue to drive very fine even without the mid pipe & muffler

But will sound extreme loud only

Can had it rectify at your agent, Fong Kim, Man Exhaust, Jeep Chee etc after CNY

Thanks all for the recommndation, but just checked the internet and found that all those workshops you'd recommend are specialised in modding exhaust pipe. I only need repair, will they entertain me?

Any good workshop to recommend at Ang Mo Kio Autopoint? It's nearer to my workplace.

Been driving with the very dented exhaust for several days liao, so far no problem.

if its muffler den bo pian.. nothing can do abt it

but if dislodge den need to move it back in place..

I think it's the muffler. The big box like thingy where the cylindrical pipe protruted from. Really nothing the workshop can do about it? I thought maybe they can repair or knocked it back to shape.

You should bring your car to have a look. I went down to Jeep Chee yesterday. The guy cannot do much on the dent on the muffler. But he did 'pulled' the exhaust. Now my exhaust can clear the kurb in my company carpark. Price is $20 for a 5 min job..

Mine also Latio. Bang exhaust a few times also during reverse parking. The exhaust seems high visually but it is not. Will always scrape the back kerb if I reverse a little too far in. Design issue?

The exhaust is high. Problem is when the engine is on, the exhaust will vibrate up and down. when its down it'll hit the kerb..
