Ahyoo2002 2nd Gear March 4, 2009 Share March 4, 2009 I also want to know which MSCP is charging $75.00, so that I can claim refunds from HDB. $75 MSCP should be those where HDB converst a part of the open air car park into MSCP and hence residents are paying $75 only. WINXP Neutral Newbie March 4, 2009 Share March 4, 2009 Haha...u probably haven't encounter those OACP that are located under trees... the next morning your whole car will be covered with bird droppings Jokes aside...i agree...most people will chose cheaper parking..unless there are some inconvenience factors with the cheaper alternative. Ahyoo2002 2nd Gear March 4, 2009 Share March 4, 2009 If given a choice, would you prefer to park your car at MSCP which is within walking distance (3~4mins) or you prefer to park at an outdoor parking lot just infront of your block where you can see your car? Let me know your preference and why? Thank you very much. Regards, For me, MSCP anytime: 1) Not so hot 2) No bird s--t 3) No direct sun light and rain which I heard can cause damage to car paint work, car leather seat and even damage to the car interior. I park at MSCP at home while office is free parking at OACP. I ever thought of paying for the MSCP near my office but i think too much money so i drop the idea.
