Boy needs to grow up...he says confirm cn identify the assailant...so how to find him? Even if assuming the fellow takes the same train, same time, same carriage everyday, its too late already...he can deny he's the assailant...

 

Boy should have called the police immediately instead of whining about this now...

I agree that with limited resource they have to prioritize which case to get involve with.

 

If they have only a description of the assailant to go by, I don't expect them to do much.

But they might have CCTV recording to go on.

 

Imagine you take the train and accidentally brush someone, said sorry but he wallop you.

Police say 323. Good bye. We have to take it as we suay?
