Feedback to "Japan" side? Hahahaha its a Thailand made car...... silly plastic fantastic car. Have you tried removing everything from all the storage compartments to see if the rattle is still there? Lightweight economy cars like this are woefully thin on sound proofing. It is how they save weight in order to give you reasonable performance and FC from a small 1.5 litre engine.

Is the noise coming from your key pouch holding your car key? [:p]

Sometimes it can be your barang barang you place all over the dash. Try clearing away all these things including those in your glove compartment and see whether the noise persist.

The car mechanic dun drive your car everyday. If you yourself can't pinpoint the problem, other ppl will have difficulty helping you out.

Buy toyota lah....good what...advertisement big big on many Saturday...say servicing top notch, etc!

Now got problems....also taichi back and forth...complain again on the third servicing...complain till the warrenty over perhaps!

I suggest take the saturday newspaper advertisement and show it to the management and make a official complain!

Post it on stomp and let the whole world knows.

The management will scared....maybe upgrade the vios to a Lexus Is250!!

Good luck.

P.S. Sound issues are sometimes very time consuming to identify....which AD mechanic will 'waste' one whole morning sitting in a car and identify the sound source!

i really hope its some cable hitting against d panel or something...it would be more comforting...just afraid d noise is due to some faulty parts...

my old ride also encountered some noise in the front area...sent for servicing a few times...the AD technicians dunno what went wrong...only on d 3rd visit, so happens d technician in attendance came across d same problem b4...realised its d leather seats rubbing against each other that caused d noise...which was resolved thru some lubricating...

thus if any bros out there came across this problem...pls enlighten...many thanks!

u may want to get your AD to check the AIR filter housing, it could be the housing that is vibrating.
