Perhaps from what junk they read when younger...men somehow are genectically "wired" differrently. As my frd put it..wise man (his father) once said "In a marriage, there is no love, only tolerance". Of course this wise man lived in an era where divorces are frowned upon. But some semblence of truth la...the initial passion & romance will wear off. Pay attention adeks! Hehe Oh my goodness that is so true. In a marriage women still 'demands' the same passion as before, and men can only tolerate and tries to play the role of a passionate lover. I guess where most marriage fails is when men refuse to play along and women refuse to accept and face the facts. And either one or both starts looking for alternatives...so sad. I'm not agst being nice to women, in fact I treat most women with respect and yes "nicely" be it wife, GF or others. But there comes a time where too much is just too much....at the risk of sounding politically incorrect, I think local men need to stand up (no pun intended) and be counted for.
