I just restore Vista back on one of the notebook .... think will install this Windows 7 instead.

Guyver 1st Gear July 8, 2009 Author Share July 8, 2009 I'm on the RC build 7100. yup it runs as fast as XP even with all the visuals turned on, no crashes so far, 1st boot with all drivers in already. looks like microsoft may have done something right. How long did you take to install? Did you encounter any programs that you can't get it running on it?
Nolicense Turbocharged July 8, 2009 Share July 8, 2009 do note that this is beta so will shut down every 2 hours after july 2010 i think. i think installation should be about the same as XP since resource wise is not as heavy as Vista i have not used win7, so am not in a position to comment. Nolicense Turbocharged July 9, 2009 Share July 9, 2009 Congrats. now when they release the upgrade version, you just need to key in the code so it won't shut down after that.
