May I speculate : maybe did not completely bleed out the air during installation. So the sound is due to air bubbles in the intercooler.

Hi. Although I cant explain it. It is normal for some cars.

Nothing is wrong or malfunctioning.

However, if you find it irritatable, then u have to weigh the pros and cons of having an oil cooler and if you can bear the cons for the pros that it brings.

Mod car, we always have to give up one end, to gain on another.

Impossible to have a fast but stock feeling car :)

Or you can think of it as fix oil cooler come with free Super Charger!

Just a check with you. Is your oil cooler installed at workshop near redhill area?

The sound you are hearing is due to either the oil cooler or the lines contacting the car body, transmitting vibrations.

A proper installer would have avoided that. And the bracket at 45deg angle. omg. [shakehead]

BTW, Swift oil filter is just behind the oil cooler, why the need for such looooooong lines. Funny.

ya... they top up oil after installing..

the sound is not from vibration, when i asked my friend to rev abit, i go in front hear. obviously comes from the cooler corner..

ya, oil filter just behind, their stock pipe is very long.. go till the right fender then make a 'U turn" down to the filter. -_-

the sound like 'weeee.... weeeee......' when i rev the engine...

You sprayed to silver? So what paint did you or the workshop use? Do you know that a layer of paint will interfere with the heat transfer from the cooler fins, negating the cooler's intent? The original oil cooler comes in anodised right?

BTW, your oil lines are way too long, should be as short as possible. Excessively long hoses to the cooler adversely affects oil pressure.

those normal can spray lor.... is for the cooling effect np at all... reduced about 10c-13c(normal drive)

just for the pressure, normal around 4... now 4.5, slightly more pressure

so may i know is there any performance degrade if my pressure is higher?

btw, anyone know where can i buy hoses of diff length..
