seriously, u guys should hang out at the chery service ctr area. they drive so fast. they do not stop for humps n just wack over. then again, its only chery. do they give a damn?

In the end of the day...If you can't catch them red handed....what can you do ??? anyway 40 over km is just a small number...If I were him...I won't bother escalating the issue after formal reply from AD...Unless I have evident....There is better thing then spending time chasing back this lost 40 over km...

 

IMHO, if the 47Km results in problem being solved in that MIC car, why not? 47Km is long to some but it is really no big deal in other countries leh.

how to compare to other countrries? one end to the other end in spore also not more than 47km. therefore its a big deal.

Frankly, we all don't know what exactly happened. So we might want to consider to give them a benefit of doubt. What if it was a really complicated and torny issue that happened to the car and the AD want to doubly ensure safety and have to drive the car around the island .

After repairing Automatic Gearbox,need to test the Car,for an Hour at least,check for leaks,slips & proper ATF level...

use car to collect parts, send customer to nearby area, go petrol kiosk and also coffeeshop.

 

another thing i dont like, car ready didnt even call me.

car ready around 1730hrs (on the same day I sent in for repair).

 

until the next day 1500hrs then tell me car is ready for collection.

Between car ready time (1730hrs) till next day (1500hrs), the car did not move at all. 

No one open the car or bonnet. Cos parked at a corner.
