Regarding your second query, you may want to give GOM Player a try. It is capable of playing many video formats. Download from http://www.gomlab.com/eng/GMP_download.html

 

By the way, the error message from Windows Media Player simply means you need to install the necessary codec to playback your video file. You can try this link http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en

.mpg files are already compressed.

 

I used to work on .avi files which is much larger and raw for video editting.Can try to convert to flash video.

 

 

 

 

As for the player,try media player classic.

you can try VLC player too... you can try to convert the files into WMV format and save it as a data on a DVD rom

I think the TS is overwhelmed by the number responses. [laugh]

 

MCF seems to have many experts in computer stuff. Hmm... MCF can also mean "My Computer Forum" liao......which is why sometimes I came here for computer-related matters.
