Geboz Clutched August 16, 2009 Share August 16, 2009 my guess ... either 1. A new scheme that allows Saturday usage, with lesser rebate and higher road tax. Existng OPC need to convert to this new scheme with a fee to enjoy the same benifit and road tax. Maybe with a different colour number plate ?? or 2. All existing OPC are allowed free use on Saturday, but wth increased roadtax. However, some OPC owner will kpkb over the increase in Road tax. But I read the agenda, no mentioning of opc... i think the more important issues to be addressed at this yr ND rally should be more on economy, social cohesion,jobs ,training,national security and future outlook as these are more of utmost concern to the majority public. the OPC issue maybe too trivial to be mentioned by him! anyway, just listen to the speech tonite.
