Another thing I foresee coming.

Prices of MRT & bus fares will rise within the next 1 or 2 months due to the continued uptrend of diesel.

This year no bonus, pay cut..but everything go up......HDB price go up, petrol go up,

Got 1 more thing go down, POSB intrest at 0.125% per annual......

probably would...since the so-called out of recession

all these companies only one objective: make money

since the previous time when the petrol was above $2 per litre, they've been enjoying hugh profits...making hugh profits very addictive...so they're trying all ways to go back to that level, if not they'll be making a "lost"

This really calls for concern. Now petrol has hit $2/L mark when crude is only $74????

Compare the current price increase/decrease... no wonder we have petrol hitting $2/L when crude is only at $74.

Now each time they raise price is 5 cents / $3 increase in crude price [furious]

Now each time they drop price is 4 cents / $10 decrease in crude price [furious]

Last year was 5 cents per $10 increase in crude price. They will only increase 3 cents per US$5 increase. The decrease is also proportional.

This is called profiteering...but dun worry! Gahmen to the rescue! They will ask these retailers to justify one! Tdy's papers say good news mah...0.7 % rise in CPI lowest for middle income earners! So sure got media coverage one! Blah blah blah ....ya da ya da ya da......... then in the end we will have to bear with $3.50 RON 98 Petrol! Must have First world prices mah!

You may ask but we got no pay rise , bonus , negative real interest rates how to bear? Gahmen will tell you simply cannot afford don't drive. We got 1st class public transport! Cabs that disappear before surcharges ...buses with schedules only known to the drivers and trains that does not currently serve a lot of places (and to think SGP is so small..tsk tsk).

SINGAPURA BOLEH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its time to change govt. hopefully the new govt will lift the 3/4 rule. how about 1/2 tank rule?

Change govt to who else? Me? I be PM? Or TT Durai?

Take one step at a time. Increase the strength of opposition, so the P*P will be reminded constantly by a stronger opposition to constantly remind them that there is a difference between a govt and corporation.
