I always pump there, and I think I know who you talking about.

That guys seems pretty polite and fine.

Perhaps you are mistaken. Do give him another chance if you do return there to pump.

Turbocharged

u were wrong.. petrol discount still have... the "point" in everyday card is actually "cash".... which we could use it to offset/pay the final bill if we want..... [blush]

If I Pump shell and I use UOB card smart$ to redeem all the petrol purchase (example S$100) for that day, UOB will not rebate the 7% discount smart$.

Example : S$100 --> Suppose to get S$7 smart$. I get S$0 smart.

why use SPC in the first place???

sorry to say but i find their quality worst among the 4

i used to pump esso for my vios back then, stayed at amk, sengkang.. that gives me the "best" convenience + FC ratio.... but somehow, esso just doesnt match with my current latio....... .. FC very bad and not convenience........... so, pump spc lor since it fall under the best ratio of convenience and FC... [blush]

I pumped my petrol at SPC Yio Chu Kang branch near highland rd just now and I had a bad experience with the PRC counter guy.

I paid using my POSB everyday card and shoed him my SPC card too. I asked him how much do I have inside to redeem. He did not reply. So I waited. Then suddenly before I can get a reply from him, he gave me the receipt to sign. I asked him why didn't he waited for me to tell him how much to redeem. He then argued that I should know and also said that I did not say anything afterall. He then called out for the next customer and asked me to try again next time when I pump. I told him that I want him to void the previous receipt and he said cannot.

I clarified with the pump attendants outside and they said it is a matter of voiding the previous receipt and swiping again.

I'm just angry the fact that he is so rude and refused to even comply to customer's wishes. He then ignored my plea and asked the next customer to pay and ignored me further.

His name is Simon... What a name...

what a spc??

I know... but just making use of the coupons to reduce cost. The 98RON is ok for me, not the 95RON.
