Anyone using eyemax alarm? Need help

No idea which section to post about alarm but here goes...

 

A friend of mine bought and installed this alarm from a company which has since closed down so cannot go back to seek help.

 

The issue now is that don't know what my friend's dad press on the remote, end up the windows will wind down automatically whenever the car is unlocked. Want to disable this function but don't know how to. The manual doesn't reflect how to do so either so clueless now.

 

Wondering if anyone using this alarm happens to know what buttons to press, or using any other alarm that is similar or knows which workshop should be be able to solve this confidently?

 

 

I think this alarm might be also rebranded as other brand names, so added picture of how it looks like :)

I have a Friend which is using this Eyemax alarm which

is exactly the same in the Photo.

I show him your Post and complaints but he commented that never

of this sort happens. The Alarm system is seldom connected to the

window relay. Nevertheless, he bought his set at a shop

in Pioneer Road. This shop sells Motec Wipers. Is the only

shop that is opened at Night. Maybe you can try to goggle

on the address and try your luck cos my friend couldnt

remember the Exact address. He just told me its in one of

the shop house along Pioneer Estate. Off International Road.

Hey thanks! This should help, because it is almost impossible to try to find out which of the countless car workshops sell this unless drive around and ask one by one which is not practical. At least narrow down to a certain area, will try to google this, think I've heard of this shop before. Will update if any progress in case others face this problem.

 

*Edit found out the shop's details (Motec Auto Accessories), will feedback whether they manage to undo the windows winding down function or not.
